We deliver components whose form, design, and functionality result from the project’s individual requirements. We work based on the client’s documentation, 3D models, prototypes, or a jointly developed concept. Our solutions may include both single pieces of equipment as well as complete built-ins integrating various materials, installations, and user functions.
The selection of materials depends on the component’s purpose, required weight, structure, installation method, and operating conditions. We use, among others, Solid Surface materials, aluminum, lightweight composite structures, laminates, and metal elements.
We can adjust the color scheme, surface texture, shape, component thickness, type of joints, fastening method, and the layout of technical equipment.
We start the implementation process by analyzing the technical documentation and functional requirements. We verify production capabilities, select materials, and determine the method of manufacture and installation.
Depending on the project, we prepare a model, a test piece, or a prototype. After approval, we proceed to the production of individual components or larger series.
For the project, we provide material and quality documentation, certificates, and results of required tests. Each element undergoes dimensional and visual inspection before being prepared for delivery.
